Do I Need to Register?

If you are already employed by London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust, you do not need to register. You can sign in using one-click login.

Otherwise, please submit your details to request access if you are in any of the following groups:

  • Bank or temporary staff applicants
  • Unpaid students
  • Volunteers

Creating multiple accounts or failing to enter the correct information may cause your account to be rejected or any previous accounts and learning records being permanently deleted.

Entering the Correct Information

In the username and email address fields, enter your NHS email address or another employment or education email address. This is the address your training reminders will be sent to.

  • Do not enter a personal email address as this will be visible to other users.
  • Please ensure you choose a password which is strong, secure, and memorable to you, and do not share it with anyone else.
  • Use the same first name and surname that is on your human resources record or application form so we can link your records.
If you have previously created an account or have lost access to an existing account, contact support; creating a new account will corrupt your records.
